The WasdaleWeb has been live since June 2003 and has proved hugely popular, so much so that today we went live with our third webcam, this one showing live images of Scafell Pike from the valley floor. This camera is the only one to look directly at England's highest mountain and will take a picture every 5 mins day and night. The camera will work in low light, but on very dark nights like tonight it will show a view of stars! in day light you will see the classic view of Pikes crag and the summit as seen from looking up Brown Tongue.
