Trishul ( 7120m ) Trisul is
a group of three Himalayan peaks
of western Kumaun, in the central part of Uttarakhand state of India. They form the southeast corner of the ring of peaks enclosing the Nanda Devi Sanctuary and are located about 15km ( 9 miles ) WSW of Nanda Devi. Trisul is named after the trident of the Hindu god Shiva. |
